We’ve been using MaxAssist now for three years and have it just integrated the online forms, and have found it to be very time-saving in our day-to-day routine. Um, it’s worked very well for us. Uh, patients seem to really. Have no issues. Even the elderly patients are able to use the online link and fill out the forms automatically. It’s great.
It’s great for short notice, um, cancellations. Um, you can send out a mass text or email to patients who have a fairly flexible schedule. Um, instead of doing multiple texts or emails to patients, you can send it out in one shot. Also, the tech support has been absolutely phenomenal. Everybody, anytime we’ve ever reached out, someone has come by or given us a, give us a call within a very short amount of time and got back to us and really answered all of our questions, it’s been fabulous.
