Hi, I am Julie, and I work at Windsor Woods. We’ve been using MaxAssist now for three years and have it just integrated the online forms, and have found it to be very time-saving in our day-to-day routine. Um, it’s worked very well for us. Uh, patients seem to really. Have no issues. Even the elderly patients are able to use the online link and fill out the forms automatically. It’s great.

It’s great for short notice, um, cancellations. Um, you can send out a mass text or email to patients who have a fairly flexible schedule. Um, instead of doing multiple texts or emails to patients, you can send it out in one shot. Also, the tech support has been absolutely phenomenal. Everybody, anytime we’ve ever reached out, someone has come by or given us a, give us a call within a very short amount of time and got back to us and really answered all of our questions, it’s been fabulous. How long have you been using MaxAssist? Um, technically, I would say like seven years, 2018 maybe. We just got forms, and this is, we’ve been trying to go digital, so this has been the smoothest, I would say, transition that we’ve ever had to do. And you guys (MaxAssist) have been such a great help ’cause. Customer service has been great. Um, any changes that we needed have been implemented really fast, so it’s been great. And obviously, communication with the patient, that’s a given.

We also, we also really love that there’s an app, and then we can view our schedule and like text patients from home. That was like the best discovery, also because we always used to be like, oh no, how are we gonna call the patients if like, something goes wrong or like from home. Amazing.

What would you say to someone thinking about getting MaxAssist? Get it 100%. It’s worth it. It’s not crazy expensive. It is better than other products. We have tried them. Get it.

I like that MaxAssist helps us save time in the clinic because we can send out, um, uh, health insurance forms to the patients before their appointment, so they can fill it out and then just come in without having to waste the extra time. And then as well, it’s another form of extra contact for us, so there’s patients that really don’t like us to call them.

So texting is sometimes the go-to for them. I like the option too, that. You can look through the list and see if there’s any patients that need like recalls that are overdue or cleanings, ’cause then it saves us looking through our short notice or our other list, paper style.
