Behind the scenes, MaxAi constantly analyzes your openings, patient behaviour, and booking patterns. It determines who to contact, when, and how—based on real-time availability and past outcomes. Max gets smarter over time by learning from your schedule, how many due patients you have, and how many outreach attempts it typically takes to fill an appointment.

How does MaxAi determine available hours for scheduling?

Max scans the next 30 days for Hygiene and Restorative openings based on your practice’s operating hours. It combines current availability with booking patterns to guide its logic. These insights update daily, giving your team a clear, real-time view of where the opportunities are—and how to fill them efficiently. During onboarding, your office manager or admin can fine-tune these settings to improve accuracy from day one.

Does MaxAI account for provider-specific blocks or unavailable times in the schedule?

Yes. Max automatically factors in blocks in your schedule where patients shouldn’t be booked, like provider-specific time (e.g., surgery) or when no one is available to see patients.
